txtScheduler Productivity iPhone & iPod Touch App Review & Download

txtScheduler is the only full featured text message scheduling app for the iPhone. It automatically sends your texts for you at the time you schedule them. The app does not have to be open and your phone does not even need to be on! This is not a "reminder" app like many of the other text scheduling apps. Why do I need it?
Be the first to wish someone happy birthday or happy anniversary by scheduling a message to be sent to them at 12:01am! Small business owners, schedule a text message appointment reminder to make sure your clients don't forget their appointments! Schedule a message to remind your significant other to pick up milk on the way home before you forget yourself. :) Schedule reminders for parties or events! There are countless reasons you need this app!

Decide you want to cancel a message?
No problem. txtScheduler lets you review all of your scheduled texts and delete any you decide not to send. You can also review the history of all messages sent through the txtScheduler service.

Will I receive responses from my recipients?
Absolutely! Unlike some of the other scheduling apps that send your messages from a random number causing replies to get lost in the ether, we are able to handle replies and send them directly back to you via text message.

Is there a limit?
For now, yes there is. With a basic account, that comes with all one-time purchases of the app, you get a rolling limit of 50 messages. This is calculated by adding the number of messages you've sent through the service in the last 30 days plus the number you have scheduled in the future. Once we have 50,000 users, we plan to remove the limits and enable everyone for unlimited texts so tell your friends! In the mean time, there are options for earning bonus texts and purchasing upgrades if you need them.

What carriers are supported?
You can send messages to recipients on the following United States carriers and they do not have to have a smartphone to receive them. Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile USA, T-Mobile, Sprint, Nextel, Alltel, and Cricket Wireless. More to come!


Disclaimer: We are unable to send messages directly from your phone while running in the background. Therefore, messages to your recipients will not come directly from your phone number. They will appear to your recipients to come from an address specific to you in the form of Your_Name-yournumber-acct#@txtscheduler.com. It's because of this specific address, we are able to deliver replies to you and also identify you to your recipients.
