* Create your presentation
Create presentations, sales pitches, training, workshops, management committees on your iPad.
You can use both PDF files and internet web pages to compose your presentation. Just use any of your existing PDF documents or convert your Keynote, Powerpoint, etc document into PDF.
Automatically load your documents either via email, download from the web or from dropbox.

* Conduct your presentation
Once your presentation is made, you can just press "Start the presentation as host" to invite participants.

When started, pass the PIN code of the presentation to all invitees so that they can join.
From there all iPads are synchronized, when you turn the page, when you select a web page, all iPads will show the same picture.

By touching with your finger on the page, a virtual laser pointer will show on your screen and on all other iPads. When participants want to ask questions, they also can touch the screen and another laser pointer will show on every screen. Immediately, everyone knows which part of the page we are talking about.

If participants arrive late, they still can join the presentation and they can browse previous pages to catch up with everyone else. Then by pressing their "sync" button, they will be brought to the page the presenter is on.

Mantis Presenter Pro is ideal for complex presentations, you can invite other participants to take over from you and later take back the control of the presentation. You also have fine control over what your attendance is allowed to do.

* What is necessary for your audience
For best experience everyone should be using an iPad. They must either have installed on their device the free version (Mantis Interactive Presenter) or the premium version.
You can also attach an external screen to your iPad or install Mantis Presenter Pro on an iPod touch/iPhone and connect it to an external screen.
All must be connected to the same WiFi network.
