IntelliTapinput is an innovative software keyboard with artificial intelligence (A.I.).
In addition to the intelligence, it is fully customizable including the background colors and font type used.
Based on a dictionary of 60,300 words with their frequency measures, the App provides two special capabilities:

1. Keyboard button disability

When the user tap in one character, the App finds all matching words from the dictionary and disable unnecessary keyboard buttons. The second tap will reduce the matching words and disable more buttons.
The capability can be turned on/off by three methods:
a. Turn on/off on-the-fly by toggling "Esc" key button. The "Esc" key button will show blue "Esc" when it is off.
b. Set on/off from settings. The "Esc" key button will always be red color and disabled when the setting is off.
c. During the word tapping, any keys other than the alphabetic keys will terminate it and put the already tapped characters to the text editing board.

2. Keyboard slide banner selection

- When the user tap in one character, the App finds all matching words from the dictionary and show them on the slide banners for user to select. There are two slide banners and the words are shown according to the word frequency order. More character tapping will reduce the words on the banner and narrow down the selection. Once one word is selected, the word will be typed to the text editing board and the user can start to tap the next word.
There are three options to limit the maximum number of words to be shown on the slide banners: 30, 60, and 80. They can be changed from settings.

- When the keyboard button disability is turned off, the keyboard banner shows 188 symbols for selection. They are ten numeric numbers and most special symbols.

There are 5 menu features:
1. Information
A user manual is placed there.
2. Copy
The text editing board is a sliding view and keeps the regular cursor features such as cut, copy, paste. The edited text can be copied to the clipboard and used by all other applications such as Mail, SMS, etc.
3. Save
In addition, the user can save them to the App and retrieve them later.
4. Saved Files
The saved text will use the date and time as the file name (yyyy-MM-DDatHH:mm). All files can be deleted by the user anytime.
5. Settings
Nine adjustable settings make the App fully customizable:

1). Keyboard disability
Set the keyboard button disability on/off.

2). Banner maximum words
Limit the maximum number of words to be shown on the slide banners.

3). Auto-capitalization
The App offers word capitalization at the beginning of a new line when the word is selected from the slide bar. It can be turned on/off from settings.

4). Auto-spacing
When a word is selected from the slide bar, the App automatically inserts one space after the word. The user can turn it off from settings.

5). The text font size of the editing board can be adjusted from settings. The option is from 12 to 40.

6). System font name
The font type of the keyboard button, slide banners, and the editing board can be selected from settings. There are 163 font types.

The background color is selected by the combination of “Red”, “Green”, and “Blue” numbers (from 0 to 255). Therefore, the results are very flexible. The font colors are 12 system colors to match with the background. The keyboard button font colors are 10 system colors because red and blue are reserved.

The changes you make on settings will be saved by “Save”. If you use “Cancel”, the changes will be ignored.

In addition to the alphabetic keyboard, there are 2 symbol keyboards.
