+WHAT DOES iBend Pipe DO?
iBend Pipe calculates the following bends using fractions or Metric measurements so you don’t have to (for Metric go to Settings/3rd Party Apps/iBend Pipe and turn Metric ON) :
-90° Bends using 1/2", 3/4" or 1" Hand Bender
-Compound 90° around a Round Obstruction
-Compound 90° around a Square Obstruction
-Compound 90° around a Rectangular Obstruction
iBend Pipe also calculates shrink and allows you to select any bending angle not just the standard 30 and 45 degree.

Simply slide your finger to set measurements and results are updated instantly. There is no need to navigate through multiple screens just to get a measurement. Easy and intuitive to use, and measurement are displayed in big font to make it easy to read.

Input fractions* instead of converting to decimals and get results in fractions.
The "push-through" method of bending is used for displaying results. The "push-through" method is the preferred method when bending on mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic benders.
All results are given in center of bend method. You must figure out where the center of the bend is in relation to some benchmark on the bender-such as the front of the shoe. For example for a 15 -30 -15 degree saddle; first bend a 15 degree angle on a scrap piece -use a protractor or a digital level-for best results. Determine the center of bend in relation to the benchmark. Do the same for a 30 degree angle. Use these measurements when laying out your bends.
